My career has not followed a single specialization. My journey started with software development and testing, and expanded in different directions through web, digital products, and most recently Customer Success.
These experiences taught me to look at the same product from different angles. I saw how it is built on the software side, where it can break in testing, how it reaches the user on the digital side, and how people actually use it in Customer Success.
Working between customers and technical teams in particular made it clear to me that a solution that works technically does not always work for the user.
Today, while relearning modern development tools, I am bringing together the technical, product, and user perspective I gained in the past. This site is one of the real projects in that process.
For me, being technical is not only about writing code; it is about understanding the problem and building a solution that works, is usable, and can be maintained.
